When a visitor requests a free report or checklist, the CRM captures the lead, delivers the report by email within seconds, tags the contact by interest category (funding, credit, cash flow, AI, etc.), enrolls them in a 5-day educational email sequence, and alerts the BTO team if the lead scores above threshold.
Paid Product Buyer
When a customer purchases a book, bundle, or premium report, the CRM creates or updates the contact record, sends a purchase confirmation with digital access, enrolls the buyer in the post-purchase follow-up sequence, tags them as a buyer for future offers, and adds them to the buyer-only segment.
