Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have additional charges.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm CT on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@acquirepublishing.com.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders of 10 or more copies may qualify for reduced or free shipping. Contact our bulk orders team at (800) 555-1234 for a quote.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost shipments) or delivery date (for damaged shipments). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
