SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Acquire Publishing form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Acquire Publishing and Acquire, Inc., including automated messages related to your requests, orders, book club membership, free reports, catalog requests, special offers, and other communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your engagement with Acquire Publishing, your membership level, and active promotions.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Check your plan for details. Acquire Publishing is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Our SMS program is available on most major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier availability is subject to change.

Privacy

Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.
