Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every book, report, field guide, and checklist we publish. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility

• Physical products (books, printed reports, workbooks) must be in resalable condition — no writing, highlighting, or damage beyond normal shelf wear.
• Digital products (eBooks, PDF reports, downloadable content) are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Book club membership fees are refundable on a prorated basis for unshipped portions. Digital-only memberships may be canceled at any time with refunds for unused months.
• Bulk and wholesale orders: refund terms are specified in the bulk order agreement.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@acquirepublishing.com or call (800) 555-1234.
2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
3. We will issue a return authorization number and provide return shipping instructions.
4. Package the item(s) securely and ship to the address provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
