Editorial Integrity
Product Review Standard
How Acquire Publishing evaluates products before recommending them — and why we never recommend products solely because they pay commissions.
Value
Does this product deliver genuine value — or is it built primarily to extract value from the buyer? We evaluate whether the product's price is proportionate to the benefit it delivers. A product with strong marketing and weak substance fails this test regardless of its affiliate commission.
Reputation
What do customers say? We review independent customer feedback, complaint patterns, and the company's track record. A product with a history of unresolved complaints, misleading marketing, or poor customer outcomes will not be recommended — even if the commission is high.
Support
Does the company stand behind the product? We evaluate return policies, customer support quality, refund practices, and how the company handles problems. Products from companies that make it difficult to cancel, get support, or obtain a refund are not recommended.
Transparency
Is the product honestly presented? We reject products that use deceptive pricing, hidden fees, fake scarcity, misleading claims, or bait-and-switch tactics. The product's marketing must be consistent with what the customer actually receives.
Suitability
Who is this product actually for — and who is it not for? We evaluate whether the product solves a real problem for a specific audience. A product that is valuable for one reader may be inappropriate for another. We make that distinction clear in every recommendation.
No Pay-for-Play
Acquire Publishing does not accept payment in exchange for product recommendations, reviews, or endorsements. Our editorial team evaluates products independently. Commission potential is never a factor in the evaluation. A product with a zero-percent commission that meets our standards will be recommended over a high-commission product that does not.
